Library's public access policies change March 10

DSC_0246Effective March 10, 2014, access to the Library will be limited to authorized ID badge holders only (e.g., UT Southwestern faculty, staff, and students and residents and clinical faculty from Children’s Medical Center and Parkland Health & Hospital System).  The Library will continue to welcome special guests, host meetings, and collaborate and partner with programs such as UTD Dallas Masters Leadership Program, JAMP, HPREP, STARS, etc.

Access for non-badge holders will be available on a limited basis by appointment only, between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. To request such access, please complete the Ask Us online form by selecting “Library Access Request” from the Subject drop-down menu.  The appointments are primarily intended for research assistance or Library group tours.

Additionally, a Library workstation at Paul M. Bass Administrative and Clinical Center will be coming soon to accommodate UT Southwestern faculty, staff, and students, as well as non-affiliates who may need access to Consumer Health Information.
