The Library can arrange for binding of departmental or personal journals, dissertations, or book volumes for UT Southwestern faculty, staff, students, residents, and fellows. Turnaround time is about six weeks; see the schedule on the Library Web site for specific pickup and return dates.
Basic charges are:

• Journal volumes: $14 each
• Books: $13
• Dissertations or theses (if for a UT Southwestern degree): $13
• Dissertations or theses (if for a non-UT Southwestern degree): $50

Basic charges include printing the title and numbering (if any) on the spine. Special features like panel lines are extra.
Charges can be paid by Interdepartmental Requisition (IDR) or – for personal volumes – personal check. Items to be bound are accepted by appointment. To arrange for binding or obtain more information, contact Carolyn Moore in the Library by email or by phone at 214-648-2105.
