Preserve UT Southwestern History: Donate to your Library Archives

The Library’s UT Southwestern Archives is looking for materials which document:

  • The history of UT Southwestern (from its origins in 1943)
  • The work and lives of notable members of the campus community

Examples of material wanted:

  • Photographs of the campus buildings, people and events
  • Publications of the campus (including student yearbooks)
  • Professional papers of notable faculty and administrators
  • Physical objects that represent campus history
  • Publications about UT Southwestern

Advantages of donating material:

  • Materials are preserved in a safe, controlled environment
  • Archivist will organize materials
  • Users receive assistance from Library staff
